Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Customer Operations (m/f)

  • Working hours Monday till Friday 8-4 or 9-5

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure proper order acquisition control (monitoring, contact with customer, problem escalation if needed)
  • Manage discrepancies in customer’s orders (investigation, proper communication and resolution with customer, Sales, Billing Accuracy)
  • Ensure proper truck sizing as per customer contract/alignment (request additional orders from customer if needed)
  • Effective communication with internal team and customers regarding order changes, corrections and issue solving
  • Responding to customer specific needs and requirements (reports, estimated availability dates, etc.) in timely manner

Expectations:

  • University degree (bachelor and above)
  • 1 to 3 years of similar work experience
  • Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills
  • Goal oriented person with right priority setting
  • Leadership, initiative, and problem solving
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Office365)
  • Fluency in English and Croatian language
