For our client, a multinational company present on all five continents, specializing in independent consumer behavior measurement and a leading company in TV viewership tracking and research, we are looking for a motivated person to work in the position of:

Recepcionist (m/f) 

(Zagreb)


If you are ready for verbal and written communication in both Croatian and English and wish to grow in a multinational company while working 20-30 hours per week, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What will be your main tasks?

  • administration of incoming and outgoing documents and mails
  • technical and general tasks related to the organization of meetings and company events
  • communication with suppliers and partners
  • making office supplies arrangements and taking care of offices
  • booking transport and accommodation and keeping records of travel claims


Conditions:

Given that communication with clients and other colleagues will often be on English, one of the conditions is knowledge of the English language in speech, understanding and writing.

Other conditions are:

  • high school
  • 1-3 years of work experience in similar positions
  • knowledge of working in the MS Office package
